Hot Mexican Bean Dip

This Mexican bean dip is super easy to make and very flavorful. It's spiced up with jalapeños and deliciously cheesy. Always a hit!

Ingredients

  • 1 (30 ounce) can refried beans
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package dry taco seasoning mix
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, diced, or more to taste
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

Direction

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Mix refried beans, cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning together in a large bowl; fold in jalapeño pepper. Spread mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Top with shredded cheese and continue cooking until the cheese has melted, about 5 more minutes
